Keyboard shortcuts — Excel guide
The keyboard is the fastest tool in Excel. These are the combos that pay rent daily — grouped by what they do.
Navigate
Jump around data instead of scrolling.

| Ctrl + Arrow | Jump to the edge of the data region |
| Ctrl + Home / End | Top-left / bottom-right of used range |
| Ctrl + PgDn / PgUp | Next / previous sheet |
| Ctrl + G or F5 | Go To (→ Special: blanks, errors, formulas) |
Select
Selection is navigation plus Shift.

| Ctrl + A | Select the data region (again: whole sheet) |
| Ctrl + Space / Shift + Space | Whole column / whole row |
| Ctrl + Shift + End | Select to the last used cell |
Edit
The editing loop, hands on keys.
